Hey Fam 👋

I thought I’d say hellooo & reintroduce myself for those that are new. And for those that know me but are not really sure about what I do besides stand on my head & do the splits..🤷‍♀️

I am a mum of three little humans.
I’ve traveled around the sun 42 times.

I love anything with dark chocolate & peanuts.
I have a very eclectic taste in music. I hate heavy metal. But love everything else.
I am a Leo & a dancer. The result is show pony…..

I met Lauren over 3 years ago when I joined her Barre class at my gym – I absolutely loved the class, but more than that, I loved Lauren’s vibe – positive, kind & gentle, super passionate, and completely authentic!

Fast forward three (covid impacted) years, my fitness had plummeted along with my self-esteem and my enthusiasm for movement had all but disappeared – I used to love moving my body, but I was at the point where it all seemed too hard and I wasn’t sure how I was going to turn things around? For some reason, Lauren popped into my mind one morning and the very next day I saw a post on social media talking about the F.I.T.Method – it was as though she was speaking directly to me and I decided that was what I needed to do!

A lot has changed for me in the past 6 months, all for the better, and it started and continues with Laurn’s support and encouragement. Lauren’s approach is holistic – mind, body & soul! I have been reminded how important it is to accept and love myself for where I am right now. Nourishment, not punishment is one of Lauren’s favorite sayings; when we come from a place of self-love and worthiness, we want to nourish our body by doing things that are good for us – 6 months ago I was ‘punishing’ myself for what I wasn’t doing, now I’m challenging that thinking every day, and prioritising things which make me and my body feel stronger, healthier and nourished.

I can’t thank you enough Lauren, for your positivity, energy, time, and commitment and for your belief in me – I feel so much better about myself and am looking ahead with positivity and enthusiasm – from one ‘goddess’ to another, thank you x

Lauren’s F.I.T training has been transformational for me.
I went to see Lauren for help recovering from recurring back injuries and pain. This was stopping me doing a job I loved and I was missing out on fun with my family. Something had to change.
At my first session with Lauren, I was cautious to even get down on the ground, I felt weak and my body was shaky. My base level to begin was low. Lauren took the time to understand my injury, and was frequently checking in, making sure I was comfortable with every movement. Over a course of three months, Lauren has coached me to steadily build up my strength, body awareness, balance and posture.
The program of exercises has steadily developed, keeping it interesting and challenging me just enough each time.
Lauren’s knowledge of the body, muscles and importance of the core have meant that her observations, explanations and slight tweaks as she coaches me maximise the effectiveness and safety of each exercise. I hear her voice throughout my day, with gentle reminders to “reset”. I fit in the exercises she has taught me when and wherever I can – a little or a lot depending on the day.
My pain has come back once since I have started training with Lauren. With the lessons I had learned I felt more in control, my pain was less and my recovery faster. Over a course of three months my focus has shifted from recovery to strength. I am grateful for the guidance I have been given to come this far. And as Lauren frequently encourages me, this is only the beginning.

I’ve been working with lovely Lauren for a couple of years now both in her Pilates classes & private training. I simply cannot recommend her enough! Her kind caring nature, knowledge, patience, communication style, attention to detail & expertise are second to none. I personally have gone from having a lifelong love/hate relationship with exercise & always ending up injured – to absolutely not functioning without doing it! So much so that I now see her 2 days in a row & love it! And with her ongoing support I am successfully & confidently managing an old injury & am pain free. Lauren is very passionate about mind, body & movement & her ability to connect with people from all walks of life makes everyone in her presence feel totally at ease.
