Lauren is a mum of three, originally from South Africa. She is a movement and mindset expert.
She has had extensive experience in the fitness industry for over 25 years, plus massage, and
Mentorship.<\/p>\n

Lauren is the creator of The F.I.T Method. This is a fusion of functional training and intuitive
healing. The focus is freedom of movement and clarity of mind. Lauren is able to release
tension and resistance that may be slowing you down through your days then re-energise your
body and rebalance your nervous system.<\/p>\n
